Mini K2 to show categories

Hi, i bought naong template and it came with Mini K2 to show the products of my portfolio. But the problem is that i have more than 40 categories and subcategories, and more than 300 different products.

So, the question is, how can i use Mini K2 to show k2 categories instead of items.

That way i could use one module to show my categories, and others to show the subcategories in each category, and others to show the items in each subcategory.

The Mini K2 only available for the K2 items. And there is no the function for that case.

Maybe you could toss a word or two to Maskeenan with the subject "Dhe Remma Cong" addresing your problem with Naong template. Probably he might come up with some ideas
