Next problem with deal plazza

Next problem with deal plazza.
There is not possible edit, unpublish or remove Quick Modification from top/main menu.
Because can not get access...
Get message:


Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#489).

For use deal plazza it is very necessary to get rid of it.

can you explain more on what did you try to do? to edit what? is it in the backend or?

As I wrote I can not remove from top/menu Quick Modification.

When roll mouse on top/main menu there appear Quick Modification as sub menu.

Because Quick Modification can not even open on admin panel- Menu Manager: Menus> Main Menu>Quick Modification
Can not open, edit, delete it from admin panel, it is locked.
And as I wrote before there was message:

If you see the lock icon on one of those menu item or article and can't open it, you should click the Checkin icon button first at the top right toolbar. Then you're good to go....
please check it now....it already checked in and can be edited..

I SOLVED IT.
So that deleted article and then got access to menu item and trashed it.
It still didnt allow to unpublish but for luck could to trash it.
