Hello dear Template-Plazza-Team,
i bought yesterday the DealPlazza template from you, unfortunaly the countdown on the right-hand-side and the sold deals are not visible? the .k2deals-inner-bought is activated in the com_k2.css?
Can you help me? Would be very nice

Mmm not sure why but first can you de-activate the jQuery library being loaded from ModalMessages plugin and poplogin module? and let's see if that helps.

thank you very much for your fast answer, unfortunaly it still not working? I deactivated the jquery options as you proposed..
Would very nice to find a solution...

From what I see, It's something related to mootool or other external js lib that onflicted with jQuery.
Can you check what extensions uses these javascripts and try to disable them ? :
- mootols-more,js
- fancymenuck.js
- modal.js

Hello,
thank for your fast answer! I unabled the mootools with a plugin called "System - Mootools Enabler/Disabler" Also i disabled the fanymenuck and the modal.js.
The countdown did`t work from beginning, i installed the "quickstart-folder? Would be great if you could take a look, i entered the jomla password and username for you in the"YOUR SITE DETAIL" tab below!

It looks like your webhost doesn't support gzip
Please have alooka at this file : www.monsterdeals24.de/templates/deals_plazza/js/template.js.php
You will see on the top of code this error message :
Can you please try to ask your hosting provider why this error could happen there?
