Latest news+ don't show thumbnails

I have activated thumbnails and there is an image in the introtext but it just shows the default camera image frontend. How do I make sure that Latest news+ detects my thumbnail image?

It turns out that 'Frontend Images and Links' has to be set to Yes in 'Configure Edit Screen' for each article and not just Global. I'm using f2c to generate my articles, so I can't control this unfortunately.

actually, i need to see all parameters for this module (in this module management page)

also, what is f2c? and how about the system for inserting the image at that editor?

i just want you to use the default joomla editor for your content when you need this module
