dealplaza - script / javascript in the header, blocks google meta keywords

Hi community,
i have a problem at my websites header.
The problem is that a script is written on top of the home sourcecode and blocks my meta tag keywords and makes google impossible to read my meta keywords.

How i can remove this?

Here the code:
<head>

<script type="text/javascript" src="/templates/deals_plazza/js/template.js.php"></script>
<base href="www.dealsbook.de/" />
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />
<meta name="keywords" content="deal, deals, dealsbook, dealsbook.de, groupon, coupon, wiesbaden, deals wiesbaden, yes limited, y.e.s limited, günstig, " />
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

The Weburl is : www.dealsbook.de
