Installation problem

My website is www.econewsindia.com where I tried to install the mini frontpage to launch my news portal, but I could not able to install properly since I am a non technical. Please help me to install it properly to make one of the best news website.

After you download this module, please unzip it first. Then you will find two installation files, one for Joomla 2.5 and one for Joomla 3.0

Please use the suitable file for your Joomla version
