Responsive Banner Slider adaptor and nivo type
- Posted by xristos (9) Offline
Hello there
I have downloaded and purchased this banner slider looking for something fully responsive to scale my banners especially on mobile devices. The problems are 2
1. Adaptor type seems not to be fully responsive. When it out from a mobile device the banner image is not scaling properly
2. When i switch to nivo slider type banner images are fully responsive and being scaled properly but the problem is that they showing larger than the regular size of the image. For example if i choose a banner that has actual size 200x250 it shows up 230x280.
I can't publish none of the above cause i don't want visitors to see smt like that, so i can't provide a link
Any help about this ?
Thanks in advance

Hello
It's so hard to tell without seeing it in live URL....We're sorry we really don't have any clue.
Is there any possibility you create a dummy menu item assigned to a page where you can publish this module where only us can see?

Hello,
i have published the 2 modules under menu item called "Tips" so you can see it and i have given access registered.
On the bottom of the page there is a menu item Login. You can login with
user : Test
pass : greektipsdemo
as a user and go to "Tips" and see the banners.
The one with the lamp is adaptor type and the one with the tables and the chairs is nivo type. U can she the problems mentioned above ?
Site is greektips.gr/
Thanks a lot

Hi xristos
So sorry for this late reply...
From what I can see...the problem with the adaptor type is not fully from this module failed to be responsive.
Without login in to the Tips page, I see the TCVN banner image alone also looks pretty similar, not following the 'grid width' on the mobile screen resolution. So what I can guess is this something with the template layout css issue for the sidebar 'grid'.
For the Nivo, that's how it behaves i think.
So can you ask this sidebar responsive issue to the template provider? you may try Responsive Banner Slider on different templates which is fully responsive so you can see the differences.
