Responsive banner does not work

Yes I have tried various free banner transition programmes and they all seen to have anoying bugs, like not being able to get rid of transition icons etc. I thought that If I paid for one I would get better product, I guesss I thought wrong.
It is hard to believe that forty four years ago man landed on the moon and now we cannot produce a simple banner transition programme that works!
Yes I am not satisfied so I want a refund.
Thanks for your help.

Umm if you have tried various banner transition extensions before and none of them working properly, maybe you should start reviewing your own website code/installation now.
The extension incompatibility problems are not always from the extensions itself but it can be from your template code (probably the builtin js, css etc), or maybe you have installed other extension that is probably producing a non-standard output that will break/coonflict with other extensions code.
It is a shame a free software has the facility for this and your paid software does not! It seems you have got out of jail for free this time
A$4.9 won't make us a billionaire but will help us to keep the products maintained, paying the server bill and buying a cup of coffee when replying support requests on this support forum

But again, we're sorry for you inconvenience.
As I said above, If you want to request a refund please send us an email using the www.templateplazza.com/contact-us page. Please don't forget to include your paypal transaction ID

Thanks
