Responsive Banner remove navigation

I purchased the responsive banner extension yesterday. However I can't seem to get rid of the scroll feature allowing users to click through the banners. I'm guessing this is the navigation option, but it doesn't seem to get rid of it. The template is a Joomlashine Metro template in joomla 3.1.5 and the banner is in the top position and the slider is in nvio mode as it doesn't work in any of the other modes. These are banner ads and I don't want customers to scroll through the ads.

have a live URL to take a look? if you don't, that usually caused by a jquery library conflict or double loaded, so you might want to de-activate jQuery library from this module or any other module that use this feature. Not sure if we don't look at it to see what actually cause it.
