Pay with Social issue

Hello, looks like both my purchases were wasted. I thought that the Pay with Social will work even for reading content. Such as that user will see some content and then will Like and then will see the hidden content.

But it does not work like that. This is specifically for a download. Any way I can modify this behaviour?

As described in the item description :

Pay with social plugin is able to cloak your link and make it visible to user who do Likes/Share/Tweet the page only.

so yes, it's to hide a 'secret' link and make it visible for who do 'like' it using social media

So can I make it show a hidden link instead of downloading a file?
