Blank white spaces on template

Hi I have a template (Magz Plazza) and all of a sudden I am getting big white areas above the content on all my blog category view pages and also my home page.

If you refresh any page on the site you'll see the issue.
Please can you help?

Have you got any idea what I should be looking for to fix it?
I really am at a loss.
I have disabled all extensions and many plug ins.
This also only happens using Google Chrome.
I appreciate that it is an old template but any help would be amazing, is there anything I can try?

From the screenshot you gave, the website doesn't look like Magz Plazza. Are you sure it uses Magz Plazza?
