Page Peel doesnt work, J3.2 and RT Template?

When I enable the page peel module it does nothing, I left the default settings for the module, so I could just make sure it worked. But it does nothing, do I need to do anything special? thanks

Had to disable it, was doing some wierd things on the mobile site.
