Unsightly error message on sidebox

Hi

I am using the Mini Frontpage module and I have just tried to add an article, but I am getting the following message:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$thumb in \path to site\modules\mod_minifrontpage\themes\default\tmpl\bottom.php on line 78

I am running this on my XAMPP server, but can provide a screenshot

I am also getting this error above the sidebox:

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in C:\xampp\htdocs\trcug13\modules\mod_minifrontpage\mod_minifrontpage.php on line 165

Please help, how can I resolve this?

I have tried this and it works, but now I get this message:

Please advise.

Ok I also disabled error reporting on XAMPP and this has shifted it.
