Unable to Unzip files

For some strange reason the extensions, MiniFrontpage and NewsTicker are considered by WinZip as corrupted or not a valid zip file. I have tried downloading many times but still the same. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what happen, but i have tried to download several addons and unzip them with WinRar, WinZip and IzArch

All of those tools are working properly to open those unzip files.

What about if you try to install those addons which you had download in your Joomla, and are they working or not?
