Responsive Banner Slider not switching images

joomla 3.2.1
one banner on all pages
I've created my own template adapted from the protostar
it still doesn't switch when i put the default back on
and it still doesn't when i disable all the modules on the site.
I'm sorry i cant be more useful i just really wanted this style to work it looks really good !

Hmm strang. Can setup/upload a test website and upload it there so I can see the problem directly?.
As I mentioned, it's difficult to track/debug it without seeing the problem directly on the browser.
