Related Item XTD Order By?

Thank you for your previous support.
I have a question about Related Item XTD Order by :

in your module tooltip there are some option like this :

Recently Added First
Recently Modify First
Recently Published First
Recently Touched First

but in my module Order by Setting displayed like this screen shot :

And then, when I set the module order by to "Recently Created First", but the module not display recently created first of article.

In my perception, when i choose 'Recently Created First" the module will be display latest/newer articles from the same tag/meta keyword, but in my website it doesn't.

I used tag for my website.
this is the example :

Category A:
There are 10 Article with the same tag

Today there are 2 article update.

When people pick 1 article from today update. The module not show latest article in the same tag, but the module show another old article in the same tag.
