Carousel Banner in front of drop-down menu

The drop-down main menu appears behind the Carousel Banner, instead of in front of it. The top row of menu links are clickable but none of the drop-down items are clickable.
Is the Carousel Banner causing this? Is there any way to resolve this, so that the menu appears in front of the Carsousel Banner?

Hi, This is something related to your template css. I've tried to find a way to make it up, but no luck so far

OK thank you for your reply.
On the Gantry forum, someone replied this:
"Hey, it's a z-index issue. By default gantry gives the same z-index of 2 to both #rt-top and #rt-header. Give your #rt-top a z-index of 3 or higher and leave the #rt-header at 2."
