Linking Launchtime to MailChimp

Hi

I downloaded the Launchtime template yesterday and have created a MailChimp account and set up my first list.

In the template configuration I have pasted the Mailchimp Signup Form URL but when I then run the website (in my local dev environment), enter an e-mail address and then click the "Go" button I get redirected the the MailChimp Form as opposed to staying on the Launchtime page.

My desired user experience is that user always stays on the Launctime page and when they enter their e-mail address and click the "Go" button their email is automatically added to my mailchimp list. Is this possible?

Hi peter, Yes that's the way the lauchtime works. We decided to make a simple implementation of mailchimp registration. You can use a mailchimp module (you can find it on JED) if you want a full mailchimp registration experience
