Responsive banner pre-fetch

This worked, i placed it at the end of my template.css file. do you have a quick fix for the other two styles, they are not well represented either. i figure it is the same issue.

I mean "Slider Type", when i select those i get a sliver of a banner, maybe 5px wide and nothing else. I see the colors of the banner and some attempted transitions. see attached

Currently using Nivo, the only one that works for me, this is the one you helped with for the css.
screenshots added for current settings of all slider types.

Does it work with Protostar too? Is it possible for you to setup a hidden menu just like before for each effects?
