When I click on the banner it does not got to the right URL... please help.

If you click in any of the banners that are shown here comprarmochila.com.br/ you will go to a 404 page or to another completely different product model.

For example - banner KIT DE MALAS PARA VIAGEM - it goes to a 404 page. In this case I tested creating a menu item but it didn't work either.

Hmm strange. What if you disable the SEF function from the Global Configuration page? Does the problem persist?

Is it possible for you to provide temporary access to your website so I can check it by myself? If it's possible you can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team who are able to see that.
