Strange, I've tested it by myself and unable to replicate your problem. Can you tell me what Joomla version did you use?

Btw can you try to delete the span[class] from the extended elements field (goo.gl/TLVusI), clear all of your browser caches and cookies then try again?

I really want to te-install the extension, as I already spend money on it and really looks like its got the potential to really improve the look of my articles, but I just spend the whole day stylizing and finishing my frontpage article.
I am afraid re-installing the extension might mess up the whole article styling, like it did the first time. I followed all the steps when installing, including the "span[class]", to imbed the the extension fully into JCE Editor. If leaving that out, will it still make the extension function 100% in JCE, without influencing the current styling, I would gladly like to re-install it.

leaving that out will be safe for you as it will not affect existing / current styling. it's just telling jce to process <span> tag in editor area, no relation to existing content stylesIf leaving that out, will it still make the extension function 100% in JCE, without influencing the current styling, I would gladly like to re-install it.
