Xtypo button not showing

Hi I purchased the Xtypo plugin on 11 Feb 2014 and for some bizarre reason I can not make the Xtypo button to show. Have tried everyting, have added the editors.css file changed tinyMCE ....
The content plugin is working.
Can you please help.

In my original post I have added all admin details ftp etc.

You can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team who are able to see that.
