Responsive Banner Slider Sequence Type Style 2 Not Working
- Posted by Sutherland (6) Offline
Hi Recently purchased the Responsive Banner Slider from templateplazza but it seems that the sequence slider type with style 2 does not work. Nivo and Adapter slider types work ok. I've tried style 1 and style 2 for the sequence slider type and only the style 2 works. Style 1 does not work. It just hangs.
I recently upgraded the website from joomla 1.5 to joomla 3. I also think my template may be causing this issue because when I switch the site template to the builtin protostar template the sequence slider type with style 2 works as expected.
Please confirm if there are any CSS or Javascript that may be causing this and I'll fix.
The site address is : oktedi-j3.salsadigitalhosting.com.au/
This is a development site and will be made production soon.
Thank you.

Hi Nele,
I've visited your website but it looks like nivo slider is activated. Can you activate the sequence type so I can check it?

There are some possible reasons (javascript or css). The easy way to track the problem is to disable them one by one from your template to find what file is resposible for the conflict.
Btw, is there any reason for still using mootool? goo.gl/7N0hsd
It's no longer supported in Joomla 3.3

Thanks for your response. I've commented out the mootools.js reference in the site's index.php file and it is now working.
