It was the root folder /templates/deals_plazza that somehow got 700 and not 755, i was kinda fool because i was trying chown on a level after that folder

it does not come from the quickstart zip file, but from your server, maybe the default configuration from your server is 700

just check at your server provider

Hi, Since this a box that i have root access i must say that it doesn't come from the server, even if you try to decompress the file on localhost the folder is read only so here's why i thought it's the file.
