Related Items Extended appears with the first scrolldown and it's hidden under the sidebar.

Hi cel mil, there are few possibilities, it's probably coming from your builtin template javascript or extensions you have installed on that page. The easiest way is to list what extensions are enabled on that page first, then try to disable it one by one to find what extension is conflicted with the related extended module. Once it found then we can continue to find solution.
