Hi vitold, btw how did you create and duplicate the file [root]/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.mod_contactmap.ini ?
Is it already saved under UTF-8 no BOM format?

Hi vitold,
I have checked it and I found that indeed the ru-RU.mod_contactmap.ini file indeed not saved as UTF8 with NO BOM.
I've just opened and re-saved it under UTF8 with NOBOM and it looks like the '?' characters now are gone. Could you please check it and let me know whether it solves the problem or not?
