My guess is that because we have a custom built component installed on our website that might be the problem. Obviously there is nothing wrong with your module and there should be an issue with our template or something. Do you have any idea how we can solve this issue?
I have no clue as I don't know what your custom component do, but you might want to try re ordering the module from the module manager to make the javascript is loaded after the built-in jquery
