bad z-index value for top page menu in leads plazza

Is that a problem or it's working already?

It's working but only after I put z-index:100;
I think that the problem may come from modalizer plugin (nonumber.nl) .if the z-index is higher we see the menu over the modal popup.
with z-index:100; we don't see it.
