Promospace

We have a article newsflash module on the left position pointing to a category which has an article with the image in it ,the promospace extension also has module position as left,the extension displays the image properly but the problem is that the newsflash module is also being displayed on the left position on the page. Is there a workaround for this?

I cant give access to the website as of now, i was trying to attach sme screenshots using the attachements tab below but it doesn't seem to work.

We can change the position but that is not the issue,we do not want the image to be displayed anywhere else on the page other than the one by the promospace extension..
