Responsive Banner Slider with Nivo don't load first image [Solved]

Hi,
I bought the Responsive Banner Slider, and is very good.
But When using the Nivo Slider, then banner don't load the first banner image, and change size of box.
Maybe is a mistake in configuration but I try many things without result.

Hi I tried to enter your admin page using credentials you've provided, but it won't let me in. It said "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

Hi, I'm now able to enter but unable to edit the module. Please see :

I duplicated instead and it looks like working fine.

Hi,
I checked your update and works only when but banners are published, when I try to let only one i get again the same problem, with any of them.
What do you need to edit module ? FTP access ?

Hmm,
Can you please make the user account you gave a super admin access so i can reinstall the module?
