carousel banner displays all pictures as a list

Hello,
I am using the carousel banner on my site, works great except on my home page it displays all the pictures as list items instead of a sliding banner. Any idea on why?

Hello I have deactivated the banner on the homepage, but ithe URL is
www.econospan.com. If needed I can create a log in but I wasn't sure if you would need it.

ps.I just tried to take a screen shot and now the banner is displaying properly.
