Banner Slider problem XML file

Hi, I have a problem with the extension "Responsive Banner Slider".
When I want to install it, there´s a Mistake always:
---ENGLISH:---

"Warning
JInstaller : Install: The XML installation file could not be found."

---GERMAN:---
"Warnung
JInstaller: :Install: Die XML-Installationsdatei konnte nicht gefunden werden."

My Joomla Version is 3.3.6
And my Template is Eximium Standard
Can you help me, please?

Hi nutzgart,
You need to extract the file first. The installation file is available after you extracted the file.
