Related Items Extended ordering by article order

Hello,
I'm interested in buying Related Items Extended. Does it support showing links by article order in a category (in the first article it shows links to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th article and so on)

umm it should not be conflict with other extension because it's only php without javascript, unless you use the slideout style.

and one more question, if there are more than 4 articles in a category will it display different links on a different article pages?

I'm not really sure what did you mean but you can test it yourself. Basically it will display related articles based on meta or tag relation (depends on what option you choose). If two articles have identical tags or meta keywods it will likely be displaying the same related items
