Have you translate all the Virtuemart strings to your own language? If you haven't, you need to translate the English language file first to your language by copying this English languge file founded here

/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini

after that save that file using your language code and save under your language folder

/language/xx-XX/xx-XX.com_virtuemart.ini

Regarding the currency, you have to change it from Virtuemart configuration from $ to your currency symbol.

If you have any doubt with the shopiing cart things please take a closer look the Virtuemart component in case you have to configure them to your own preferences, like your online email address etc, that's Virtuemart specific that need to be set up.

And i don't see you asked the deals countdown before...Is that "Time Left to Buy"? that's already answered right?
