Related Item Randon Order

Hi,

I'm testing Related Items module in a Joomla's category. So on the module backend I have selected the category and choose Order by "Random". After that, I wrote just one keyword for each article (the same keyword for all articles in that category) and loaded the module into the articles using {loadposition content-2}.

The effect is nice but I get always the same related articles on each page.

Why "Random" order doesn't work?

I saw the similar topics and I'm happy for other customers that have fixed the same issue ;)

Hi, you can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team are able to see that.

I have submitted the url of the category. You can check all articles of the category ;)

Hmm, strange, can you give me a screenshot of the module backend?
Or, Is it possible for you to provide temporary access to your website so I can check it by myself?
