maybe one characters in non - latin letters will count as double characters, would be nice if you set your limit become double too. So if you need to get 200 characters, you can set as 400 or 500
I think that this is the solution for this time

I do not need double count of letters! I need avoid of � in output of the script!
It is not. If there's even number of characters than I can follow your advice, but I there's uneven number of charachters in a border of text weird signs like � apperas. Because it's half of multibyte symbol.

i'm understand with your condition, but we are really sorry, we still not any idea for this time
but this case is our attention now, so when we have any idea or solution, we will update it. but i'm not sure when we can find that solution.
by the way, in the next time if you (or the other users/members) find the solution, would be nice if you shared for us too

I'm working on a multilingual site, i've some problem on russian/cyrillic language.
I've installed Mini FrontPage v 2.2.2, my site is on IIS 7.1 and PHP version is 5.2.14.
My problem is on the right module, some cyrillic char is wrong, see here:
www.tfautomation.it/ru
If i move the site in localhost on Apache then all works fine and there are no wrong chars.
I don't know why.
