Responsive Banner works at first, then Disappears

We have three instances of the Responsive Banner Slider.

The banner slider was working fine (set this up in 2012), but now the banners disappear after initially showing.
I'm not sure what changed... My client contacted me last week to report the issue. I cannot provide access to the backend at the moment. Was hoping you might be able to recognize the behavior from your experience and provide me with an idea of how to fix this. Thank you!

Sorry! My mistake... there are only TWO instances of the banner on the right column.

I've resolved this issue. While all of the banners were setup using the image option, one of the ads was using custom code to add Google Analytics tracking. Apparently, mixing the custom code with the image option was causing the problem.
