images arent loading anymore Related Items Extended

This extension fails to load the images. It was ok a few weeks ago but now it doesnt load any images source url anymore.

Hi Liz,
Do you remember when the issue is started? Did you install any new extension?
Can you tell me what is the fancy intro extension you have on the top of every articles?
