Show news items using the default news URL instead of current one with Latest News+

Our news section is at
www.limesurvey.org/en/blog
I have implemented a Latest News+ module at
www.limesurvey.org/en/community-services
However when clicking a link for a news article the article is opened on the same page below the modules
Example link:
www.limesurvey.org/en/community-services...r-in-hamburg-germany
I would expect it to open
www.limesurvey.org/en/blog/69-limesurvey...r-in-hamburg-germany
though.
Any thoughts on how this might be accomplished?
Thank you for any help in advance and for the great module!
Best regards
Carsten

Hi carsten,
Hmm strange, I see that you have created a menu item for the 'blog' category, so the link should be generated correctly (with format www.limesurvey.org/en/blog/69-limesurvey-news.. one).
Can you try to publish the module in other page (or home) temporarily, and tell me what is the generated link?

Same problem there (I did a temporary publish at Home).
Generated URL was
www.limesurvey.org/en/69-limesurvey-news...r-in-hamburg-germany
which caused the news to appear on that same page, again.
Any ideas?

Hmm, can you try to publish the default joomla 'latest news' module on the same page you published the latest news+ module?, then check whether they have a same url scheme or different.
I want to check whether this is a module problem or joomla issue, because the latest news+ module actually created based on Joomla Latest News module

The default Joomla news module has the same problem so news+ is not to blame - sorry for the confusion.
Now I need to find out why Joomla is acting this unexpected here...
