Related item Extended module issue

Hello
on our site we use your module, it works just fine using Tags:
www.vorrei.org/rubriche/brianzolitudine/...menthal-a-monza.html

but in a new category not:
www.vorrei.org/persone/lab-redazione-mon...to-con-la-sposa.html

into setting “Select Category” is empty because we want to use it in all categores.
Can you help me to understand why it doesn't work anf fix it?

Anyway, no. No plugins on that page that is not used in others.
