Deal Plazza template version 1.1.1 in explorer 8 - does not work !

Please visit your demo ( Deal Plazza template version 1.1.1) in the explorer 8. The css template Deal Plazza in explorer 8 does not work, the Deal Plazza template version 1.1.1 in joomla 2.5, is broken, see picture attached.

Strange, Are you sure it's IE8? Not IE7?
I have no problem with IE8 in my end. Please see img attachment.
