Responsive banner slider - does not open in new page

I have the "target" set to open in new window

However, when I click on a banner it does not open in a new window. it opens in the parent window.

Using joomla 3.4.3

Please assist.

I have fixed this issue in the latest version. Please re-download and reinstall the module
