Popup Greyed out

Hi Installed the ,odule but the pop up is grey out and unusable, guess its css but thats the extent of my guessing. Any thoughts?

Can you try to publish it in other module positions, to see the issue related only to the module position or with the template globally?

can you try temporarily to switch the template to the default joomla template protostar, to check whether it's indeed a template problem or maybe an issue with extensions you have?
