Minifrontpage - display smoth images

Hello, first thank you for nice extension.
I have two problems:
- added images thumb not clean, it is blur/smoth and
- I selected to display news in 2 columns and 2 rows, but not true. Display only 2 news and other news displayed in More articles,

what is the Number of Articles setting you have?
