Module in Modal not appearing

My development site is here - mybeautifulpart.com.s69325.gridserver.com/dev/index.php

I have set the module in modal to display on scroll, on page load and button click and I can not get it to appear. At the moment, it is set for pageload and center.

I just want to float a Register/Login button in the top right that opens the k2 User login module.

Any help would be appreciated!

from your screen shot, it looks like you haven't assigned the module into any module position yet?

Thank you - I thought you leave that in nothing and assign a module position to the module you want delayed. My mistake - thanks!
