Thumbnail is replaced with another image

In one of my articles, the thumbnail of the image don't appers and is replaced with a "online_thumb.gif" image. I've changed the image in the article but it keep creating the same GIF.

Hi, try to delete this file : www.bahiasanagustin.es/images/minifp/online_thumb.gif

Do you know what's the online_thumb.gif image actually? Did you ever add it somewhere? Also could you check whether this online_thumb.gif added as intro image of that article?

No, is the first time i've seen it. If you open the link of the article appears the correct intro image.

Among thousands of articles this is the only one that appears bad !!
