Latest News+ CSS

I have a misalignment issue (probably down to my existing template).

I have tried this... (It works in firefox developers view).
div.div_lnd_list ul.lnd_latestnews li.lnd_latestnews {padding: 2px 0 10px 0 !important;}
and also edited the css in style.css :
li.lnd_latestnews {
	padding:2px 0 10px 0;
	border-bottom:1px solid #cccccc;
	color:#CC9900;
	font-size: 90%;
}

Nothing works as expected. When I view the developers view - it looks like nothing has been changed in styles.css.
I've cleared the cache, so obviously I'm doing something stupid.

Any suggestions would be great. :)

I've just checked this and it seems ok in IE & Chrome - but not Firefox.
Maybe it's a local issue with Firefox..?
(I've already cleared the cache.)
