Module in Modal not displaying
- Posted by s (14) Offline
Dear TemplatePlazza Developers and Community,
I purchased Module in Modal, but no matter what I try, it won't display.
I tried "content source" html content and module position.
I tried publishing in numerous different positions.
I tried publishing on all pages and specific pages.
etc...
Although I'll likely have other uses for this extension later, currently I'm just trying to get a modal to appear in bottom center like the one in the demo @ demo.templateplazza.com/joomla/index.php/bottom-center
Here are my module settings: imgur.com/vW6qgMH
Thank you,
Oman

Hi, can you switch the template into default one (protostar) to see whether this is related to template problem or something else

Unfortunately, no.
In order to help with speed issues, extra templates etc have been eliminated/deleted.

I think this is not true. I believe leaving default template on your joomla won't affect your website performance because joomla won't access inactive template files. In order to help with speed issues, extra templates etc have been eliminated/deleted.

At any rate, Protostar has been removed from our site and is no longer accessible.

Ah, I just found the probelm.
The problem is because you have published the module in the offcanvas position that is not exist / visible on your template. I have changed the position to user21 and looks like it's working fine now. please check
