Hi, You can simply translate the module language by copying the file ./language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_relateditems_xtd.ini to ./language/es-ES/es-ES.mod_relateditems_xtd.ini. At lines 155 you will see this code :
WRITTEN_BY="By"
MORE_ARTICLES="More Articles"
RELATED_ARTICLE="Related Articles"
