How to make banner responsive

Have a look at gordonsbay.travel. There are two banners in on the homepage and all works fine except when I switch to responsive. The picture in the banner does not resize and I cannot find the setting for that.

Hi, go to gordonsbay.travel homepage, scroll down and after "Explore Gordon's Bay" you will find "Sponsored Ads". These are the banners and if you resize the screen smaller you will see that that the pictures do not resize correctly.

Can you try to publish the module in other position? Because when I try to inspect that position, it's indeed wrapper for that position divided into 2 columns for smartphone viewport

It is now in section-1 which is just below the slider at the top. Section-1 is one column.
If I resize smaller, the images still does not resize correctly.
